The conditions are writing in belgium over the past year, with a word limit of 3000 words, and sent to us at info@writefest.be. We are very much looking forward to accepting your entries. the winners will be announced at the Writers Festival and we hope to collect a selection by our editors at bookhelpline.co.uk to put together in a publication.
